Red Woolley sunk a hole-in-one at Glenwood Springs Golf Club on Sunday. Woolley's shot found its mark from 148 yards out on the fourth hole. He was swinging a 5-iron.

It’s been nearly 18 years since Greenville Police officer Gary Wayne Heath was killed in the line of duty. GPD Chief Lonzo Ingram wants to make sure that time doesn’t erode the memory of Heath’s sacrifice.

The Greenville Police Department will honor its fallen officers at a memorial service on Wednesday. Officers George Bryan, Joe Herring and Gary Heath will be remembered during the service. All three officers gave their lives in the line of duty while serving the City of Greenville.

tesmer, age 90, of Stoughton, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012, with family by her side. She was born on Nov. 20, 1921, in Spencer, the daughter of Fred and Anna (Wellnitz) Rienow. Doris graduated from Colby High School.
