These have been trying times for all involved in the recently concluded election. People have put energy, creativity, and time toward the betterment of the community. No one runs for office for other than selfless reasons.

As the votes continued to be tallied Tuesday night, Montclair 2012 candidate Robert Jackson was the leading candidate - by a large margin - in Montclair's mayoral race, followed by Real Progress Montclair's (RPM) Karen Turner and For Montclair's Harvey susswein.

The University of Texas is set to become that much bigger and massively more medical. As explained in a press release sent out today from the university, the Regents have okayed a plan to "allocate up to $30 million a year from the state's Available University Fund to establish a medical school."
