BANGUED, Abra -- Two top youth leaders from Abra recently
participated in the 9th National Youth Parliament held at Naga City. The event was organized by the National Youth Commission. The youth representatives from Abra are Darren Cariño from Peñarrubia and Erosbon Sabedo from Liciuan-Baay.
