FILM REVIEW: Men in Black 3

Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back in the action comedy Men in Black 3. Though new addition Josh Brolin manages some amazing mimicry as a younger version of Jones, the story doesn't measure up to the weird and wonderful charms of the original, says Eli Glasner.
Windex and other pressing issues that may affect our public lands

I entered the ballroom at Colorado Mesa University last Tuesday night hoping for inspiration. What I heard during discussion about the economic value of public lands, sponsored by the Mesa County Conservation Forum, left me mostly disillusioned and grumpier than usual.

As one of the unfortunate few who can only imagine success in anything, and envy it in others, I am, of course, extremely jealous of Ron Paul, presidential candidate, Austrian-school economist, physician and all-around nice guy among, I assume, other laudatory attributes of which I am personally unaware, making me all the more jealous and spiteful.

New Florida law creates buzz about where beekeepers can operate

Backyard beekeepers are buzzing about a law Gov. Rick Scott signed earlier this month. It voids local government restrictions on where beekeepers can set up shop. Instead, the law gives Florida apiary inspectors the job of writing new rules after getting input from local governments. The law goes into effect July 1
